The IRS has updated the website where Treasurer's file the 990N e-Postcard.
 
Be sure to file this card each year to ensure your Auxiliary maintains its non-profit status. Failure to file this card can and will result in the IRS revoking the non-profit status of your Auxiliary. It is a long and daunting task to regain your non-profit status and in the meantime, the IRS has the option to make you pay taxes on any monies you raise during your fundraisers.

Bonds cannot be purchased before July 1of the current year.  All check sent to National prior to July 1 will be shredded and you would be required to re-submit.
